If you have subscribed but are still seeing pop-up ads, it is likely your google play account. To resolve this, please go through the following steps:
Uninstall the app, clearing data from Google Play Store (NOT Google Play Services) and reinstall the application from the Play Store with the CORRECT user account.
Once done, you should no longer see ads and your purchase be restored to your Zedge app.
