Zedge subscriptions on Android are managed through your Google Play account, not directly through Zedge. That means the subscription is tied to the specific Google account you used at the time of purchase.
To resolve this:

Uninstall the Zedge app from your device.

Clear the data for the Google Play Store app (not Google Play Services).

Reinstall Zedge from the Play Store, making sure you are signed in with the same Google account used to purchase the subscription.
Once complete, your subscription should be automatically restored, and ads should be removed from your app experience.
