If you purchased credits on Google Play, the App Store, or our website and you have not seen your credit balance updated, we can help.
- If you are using our Android or iOS apps, be sure you have updated to the latest version of the app.
- If you are using our website, refresh the browser window. Then, log off and log in.
If you still do not see your credits in your app account, please do the following:
- For purchases made in the Android or iOS apps, copy the details from the app store purchase receipt emailed to you and paste into or attach to a support ticket here:
- For purchases made on zedge.net, please send your purchase receipt from Stripe (our payments processor) here.
In either case above, be sure to select the appropriate category (Zedge Credit Bundles – Credit Purchase)
