If you’ve subscribed to remove ads but they’re still showing up, don't stress. We’ve got your back.
Here’s the deal: Zedge on iOS doesn’t process payments directly. All subscriptions on iOS are handled through your Apple ID, so your subscription is tied to the account you used when you hit that "subscribe" button.
Quick fix:
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Open the Zedge app, head to Settings > Restore Purchase, and boom! Your ad-free experience should be back.
If the ads are still hanging around, no worries. Just tap “Contact Zedge” in the app under Settings > Help, and we’ll sort it out for you.
