When you purchase a Syncat subscription on iOS, all billing is handled directly through the Apple App Store. This means:
We cannot process cancellations or refunds from our side.
Any changes to your subscription must be done through your Apple account.
To manage or cancel your subscription:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID at the top.
Select Subscriptions.
Find Syncat in the list and choose to cancel or manage your plan.
For refunds:
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. You can do this by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com and signing in with your Apple ID.
