When you purchase a Syncat subscription on Android, all billing is handled directly through the Google Play Store. This means:
Any changes to your subscription must be done through your Google Play account.
To manage or cancel your subscription:
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Tap your profile icon (top right).
Select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Find Syncat in the list and choose to cancel or manage your plan.
For refunds:
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google. You can do this by visiting Google Play Refunds and following the instructions.
