Zedge credits are purchased on a single device and not presently tied to a login.
If you move to a new phone, any Zedge credits you've purchased do not automatically follow you.
(We're hoping to improve this in future releases).
In order to move your Zedge credits from one device to another, please fill out a support request.
Please provide the app IDs from the old device and the new device.
To get the appID in Android, click Help -> FAQ -> Send Email.
This will open a new email with your device details and appID / UID
If you no longer have the old device, please provide us a copy of your Google Play Receipt emailed to you by Google.
Note: Without your original app ID, we may not be able to identify which content items you have already unlocked.
