When Do I Get Paid?
Per the Terms of Service (which Licensors/Account owners can review at any time from the logged in Account menu), Zedge Premium Marketplace pays sellers quarterly when the net earnings for all Artist/Projects within a licensor account reach $200.
A great number of account holders/licensors have only 1 Artist/Project -- though they may sell multiple content types (Wallpapers, Live Wallpapers, Ringtones, audio and video files and/or stickers). If you prefer to separate your content items by theme or even by individual contributors/creators you represent, you can easily do so. There are no limits.
Whether you have 1 or 100 artist/projects in your account, ALL the net earnings are added together to determine if your account total has reached the $200 qualifying payout threshold. Your current account balance is the sum of the Net Revenue (Cell K2) for all the Artist Royalty reports we deliver to you.
At the end of every quarterly pay period, if your account total reaches $200, you will be paid the sum of all the earnings on all your artists in one payment.
Future improvements to the Seller tool will expose this account total to you more clearly on-screen.
How Do I Get Paid?
We need 2 things to pay licensors.
- A W9 (US Resident) or W8 (non-US resident) tax form
- A designated account into which we will disburse the funds. We currently deposit funds into PayPal and Payoneer accounts. Additionally, U.S. residents may elect to be paid by check delivered via USPS.
We will solicit you for this information as soon as we calculate your account balance has passed the $200 threshold, and we anticipate to soon release a feature which allows sellers to provide this in advance.
When Will Zedge Premium Marketplace Offer On-screen and more Live Reports
We’re working on big improvements to the royalty statements that will allow sellers to view sales data on screen when logging into your accounts. We expect to be able to give you better visualizations and graphs and much more timely performance data that shows which and how many items you’re selling within a 24 hour delay (and hopefully less).
We’re hopeful such onscreen reporting will be available by April 2019.
Until then, we will continue to provide you the monthly Excel documents within 2 weeks after the close of the month..
